If you're a T2D2 user, of course you can take your own photos, fly your own drone and capture your own images!
If you're here because you are interested in the T2D2 DSP program, then yes. As a T2D2 Drone Service Provider you are expected to provide your own UAV hardware when delivering service to clients. What is the benefit of using a T2D2 Drone Service Partner?

Is there an equipment requirement?
As a Drone Service Provider, you are required to follow the T2D2 Data Capture Standard when completing projects for T2D2 AI analysis. The Standard covers requirements for photography equipment, including resolution, lighting, distance and more. T2D2 is hardware-agnostic and can be used with any UAV platform that enables image exporting. We do have recommended equipment that our team has tested and concluded is well-fitted for commercial inspection purposes.
